Know what you are buying, when credits arrive and where to find help if a payment or generation needs attention.
You can browse prompts without a purchase. New accounts receive the welcome credits shown at sign-up. Check the generator’s cost estimate to see which requests your balance can cover.
The selected model and output settings determine the credit cost. Video duration and supported options can also affect it. Review the displayed estimate before submitting each request.
A pay-as-you-go credit pack is a one-time purchase. If you choose a subscription option, review its billing interval and renewal terms in checkout before confirming.
Purchased pay-as-you-go credits do not expire under the current package terms. Subscription credits, when applicable, follow their billing-cycle rules. Review the option you choose rather than assuming all credit types work the same way.
Open Billing in your account and use the payment portal for available subscription changes or cancellation. Check the confirmation in the portal for when a change takes effect.
Checkout shows the payment methods available for your purchase. Card details are handled by the payment provider; Image25 does not store full payment card numbers.
The service terms allow personal and commercial use subject to their conditions. You still need rights to uploaded material and should check the output and model terms before publication.
Contact support@image25.im with your account email and order reference. Purchases are generally non-refundable under the service terms, except where required by law or approved for an error or exceptional case.
Failed generation charges are refunded automatically. Check the task status and credit ledger. If they do not match, send support the task reference so the transaction can be reviewed.
